V4 V-Slicer

The new V4 slicer from Borner.Modern new design & accessories.Comes with 1 slicing and 2 julienne insert:

3 slice setting (thin/ medium/ thick)
V Blade safe lock - Slicing insert can be put into a locked position such that it is above the v-blade.This makes the v-blade totally safe for storage.
4 julienne shred settings
2 dice setting (small/ large), much easier to do dicing than old one.
With Safety Hat and Storage Box.
There is no precutting of the vegetable to produce dicing.Vertical blade inserts are positioned in the dicing locked notch (instructions on the inserts, which is position No 1) and the fruit and vegetable holder is turned to the left about 30 degrees to the main frame and passed down the frame and on returning to the top of the frame for the next downward movement, now turn the holder to the right about 30 degrees.Continue to alternate from left to right at about 30 degrees on each time you pass down the main frame and you will make perfect dices.
